Returns and Exchanges

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (unless it is due to an error on my end.) However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Please understand that each piece I create takes a considerable amount of time, and many items are made to order.

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct address.

Layaway

I do not provide layaway anymore, but at checkout you can use AfterPay. They will provide a payment plan for you!

Customized Pieces

I am currently not taking customs. It's not you, it's me! My life is crazy at the moment. But either way please send me a message and I will try and make what you are looking for in my next shop update. I love feedback on what people want me to make!

Shipping

AlissaTaylorDesigns™ is based out of the USA.

I ship international!

All items are shipped with First Class USPS, 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail or First Class international (insured). All shipping methods include tracking.

Processing Time

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated on listing. Customized orders will vary due to ordering supplies that may be needed.

Lost or Stolen Mail

Some things happen with mail! If you have a package that has not arrived within the month of your order please contact me to resolve the issue. If it's passed this time frame the post office and I will not be able to resolve the issue because the longer we wait the harder it is to find a lost package.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Handmade jewelry does not have the same look as machine made jewelry. There may be slight differences from the pictures shown. Small imperfections happen, but that is what gives handmade jewelry its unique character.

Can I change the length of a bracelet or necklace?

- Yes, please leave me a note at checkout. Sometimes the price may increase if adjustments are dramatic from original piece.

Can I change the size of a ring on your shop that is not my size?

- Sometimes. Please contact me about the ring you would like adjusted with details on size, and I will let you know if it is possible.
