***This necklace does not come with lighter fluid because of shipping laws. It is tested before shipped but then dried out. You can purchase lighter fluid at your local store. My favorite is Zippo Lighter Fuel from Walmart 4 fl oz under $3. Just add a few drops on the cotton inside lighter and your ready to light.
